At VaultPokeBox, every sealed Pokémon box is carefully packed and protected so it arrives in collector-grade condition.

Processing time

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. During major releases and high-demand drops, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.

Shipping & tracking

We ship across the United States. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to your door.

Careful, collector-grade packaging

We know sealed condition matters. Every order is packed with protective materials to guard against bends, dents, and damage in transit. Larger and higher-value items receive extra protection.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any active free-shipping thresholds will be shown in your cart.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us right away at damdaking12@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged), and we'll make it right.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll always do our best to help.
