We want every collector to buy with confidence. Here's how returns work at VaultPokeBox.
Sealed product returns
Because we sell collectible sealed Pokémon products, items must be returned unopened, sealed, and in original condition. Once a sealed product is opened, it can no longer be returned, as opening affects its collectible value.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at damdaking12@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the product shown on the page you ordered from, we'll make it right — a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Return shipping
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
